We're kicking off a very special Giving Tuesday and holiday fundraising season with custom designed Circulo de Amigas gear! We are so excited to offer you a choice of apparel, a mug, or tote bag, with about $10 of each sale coming directly to Circulo de Amigas.
This support is particularly crucial right now as Nicaragua, and in particular Jinotega, suffered significant rainfall, flooding, and damage due to Hurricane Iota. We are very fortunate that our community center suffered no damage and our staff and students are ok. Funds collected through this campaign will not only go towards supporting our educational programs, but may be used to support any disaster recovery needs in our community as well.
What makes this fundraiser even more special is that one of our very talented students in Nicaragua designed the featured image!
A purchase of one (or more!) of these beautiful items will support our organization to continue the important work we're doing to advance girls' education in Northern Nicaragua, as well as help us get the word out to others as a wonderful conversation starter. They would also make a lovely gift for friends and loved ones this holiday season.
Meet the Artist
Wendy Diaz is a 16 year old 10th grader in Jinotega. She has been a sponsored student with Circulo de Amigas for the past 3 years and is a dedicated and responsible student who loves art. She lives with her mother, father, and little brother.
